This year, make your visit to Santa a Totally Crazy one...
Here at Totally Crazy we're well known for our awesome kids parties, super shows and crazy characters but for this festive season we've once again taken over the showroom of our lovely friends at TWC Home Improvements on Elgin Industrial Estate in Swindon, to create a magical winter wonderland... and you're invited!
Your magical journey begins the second you walk through the door as you're greeted by Santa's Chief Elf who will check if you're on the naughty or nice list and then send you off on your exciting adventure!
There are two ticket options to choose from, if you choose the Full Experience for £19.95 then first you will visit The Reindeer Shed where you will make some magical reindeer food to leave out for Santa's four legged team on Christmas Eve.
Next it's on to Mrs Claus Craft Cabin to make your very own Christmas craft, what will you create?
Once that activity is in the bag, Santa's Grotto awaits! Spend some time chatting with the big fella himself to tell him just a few things that are on your Christmas list!
Your final stop on this magical journey will be to The Toy Workshop where you can choose something from a selection of toys as your gift from Santa.
The second ticket option is great for our younger guests where the craft activities may not be suitable. You will get to go into the Grotto to meet Santa for the all important chat and then it's over to The Toy Workshop to choose your gift. The price for this option is just £9.95

If you're in the mood for a slightly different festive experience then make sure you book a visit to us on one of the days that the Grinch takes over the Grotto!
We have the same prices and options as our standard experience but this time rather than meeting up with Santa you'll come face to face with one of the grumpiest characters you've ever met! He hates Christmas, can you help change his mind?

A new addition to this year's Christmas Experience is the Red Door Elf Shop! It's your one stop shop for all the outfits and accessories your Elf On The Shelf could ever need!
Make sure your Elf is the best dressed in your neighbourhood, whether your little ones are choosing the accessories or you want to buy some bits in secret, we can help you!

We're delighted to see that you're ready to come on a magical journey with us this Christmas!! Now all you need to do is choose the day below that you'd like to come along. Once there you can choose whether to go for the full experience or just a visit to the Grotto (ideal for younger guests), your time of visit, tell us how many children you're bringing and also their names and ages... We look forward to seeing you soon!!

Our Magical Christmas Experience timeslots are 30 minutes long. We recommend you arrive around 5 minutes before your booked time to allow you to get the most out of this festive adventure. We don't want you to be rushing round this experience as it's much more fun if you take your time and soak up the atmosphere!!

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these Terms and Conditions form the basis of any contract between Totally Crazy and yourself.
All visitors must follow and obey all our health and safety regulations and guidelines. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the Experience without a refund.
All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who accepts all responsibility for the supervision whilst at the Experience.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund tickets if you are unable to visit. We may be able to swap your booking to an alternative date, subject to availability however we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate you on your preferred date but we will make reasonable efforts to do so.
You may be asked to present your email confirmation to gain entry to the experience. Failure to do so may result in refusal for which we cannot be held responsible.
If you do not receive a confirmation email after booking, please contact us prior to your arrival.
It is your responsibility to check your booking prior to arrival and contact us immediately if there is a problem as mistakes cannot be rectified on arrival.

We are unable to offer refunds for individual members of your group that do not attend.
